The third stimulus check has just arrived for American citizens as Joe Biden signed the American Rescue Act effectively delivering $1400 in aid to those who are eligible. Some residents have gained their checks as of this weekend.

Just like with the first round of stimulus checks, Twitter, black Twitter more specifically, has gone into a frenzy creating a new set of memes to go along with their new found money. Here’s a look at the best stimulus memes.
