Another Friday, another volume of the Funk. Check out this week’s loaded roster.

Pusha T – Daytona [Album]

Three years in the making, the highly anticipated King Push Daytona album by Pusha T has finally arrived. Pusha’s dope raps on Kanye produced beats, match made in heaven.

A$AP Rocky – Testing [Album]

Rocky’s back, if only for the time being, with his third album Testing and it features some hall of fame veterans like Lauryn Hill, Kid Cudi, Frank Ocean, T.I., and more.

Ella Mai – Boo’d Up

“…THIS song makes me wanna take a long SEXY drive somewhere, with SOMEONE but gas too PRECIOUS to be driving around with NO destination!”

Already calling it…this is the song of the summer, watch it hit every radio station and then make us absolutely sick of it, but until then I’m bumping it on repeat. It’s been out for a minute, but it makes the funk because the video just came out and it’s a hit.

YG – Big Bank (Feat. 2Chainz, Big Sean & Nicki Minaj)

Some heavy hitters teamed up for a party posse track on a west coast beat.

Tyler The Creator – 435

Tyler spits a mean verse in the studio in just one take.

G-Eazy – The Vault [EP]

G-Eazy comes through on this three song EP, and the song Power is the best track off of it.

Belly – What You Want (Feat. The Weeknd)

The latest song off Belly’s upcoming album, he enlists the angelic vocals of his label mate The Weeknd, for a verse and the hook.

Future – Walks on Minks

Another tune off the Superfly movie soundtrack in which Future produced. One of the better movie soundtracks we’ve heard from him.

A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie – Way Too Fly (Feat. Davido)

Way Too Fly is a nice vibrant afrotune and the first single off A Boogie’s upcoming album The International Artist. On it, he teams up with Nigerian singer Davido.

Snoop Dogg – Cripn 4 Life (Feat. Dave East)

East meets West. Veteran Snoop Dogg proves he’s still got some gas left in the tank on this cool joint.

Shad Da God – Invisible (Feat. Young Thug)

This collaboration between Shad and Thug works on so many levels, both artists vocals are almost indistinguishable which creates an unmatched level of cohesion.

NBA YoungBoy – Master The Day of Judgement [Mixtape]

This man JUST dropped an album, and he’s already back with another mixtape. It’s got a couple joints on it too.

Young Thug – Sake of My Kids

One of Thugger’s many leaks this year. Sake of My Kids is an emotional Thug tale as he croons throughout the song.

Juice WRLD – Goodbye & Good Riddance[Album]

Juice WRLD is an up and coming artist from Chicago who’s sound is a mix of Post Malone and Lil Yatchy, but his content is dark and loaded with drug use bars. If you’re into that wave peep the album.

Lil Skies – World Rage

Skies with another bragging banger and the beat sounds fairytale-esque.

A$ton Matthews – Gettin’ To It

No relation to the Leafs, Matthews has been in the game for some time now. He’s done songs with Vince Staples and A$AP Ferg, but he recently found mainstream success when he switched his style up. Gettin’ To It is well worth the click.

Nebu Kiniza – By My Side

Nebu produced it and gets emotive with his vocals on By My Side.

PnB Rock – Thought I Was In Love

Rock has released a plethora of new music in the past week, some have hit, others…not so much. Thought I Was In Love however, falls right into his lane.
