Drake has three new leaked songs that have popped up on the internet. The first two to drop were rap flow heavy tracks titled Cheerios and Waiting To Exhale featuring 21 Savage.
The last track to leak is a melodic tune by the name of Shopping Spree or Bal Habour as there is no official title.
Coming off the battle of the decade with Kendrick Lamar, Drake has been moving differently as he navigates the waters of contract negotiations and public perception. He recently dropped a long awaited joint album, $ome $exy $ongs 4 U, with fellow Canadian artist PARTYNEXTDOOR which saw the two collaborate on a few tracks while also offering some solo songs of their own.
Due to contractual issues with his current label UMG, the joint album was a PARTYNEXTDOOR release. However, he managed to garner another Billboard number one from that album with his new hit song Nokia.
As a means of circumventing his label’s stranglehold, Drake has taken to using an alternate account named plottttwistttttt to release songs to the public without having to go through the hoops of official releases. This tactic allows Drake to test the waters for public opinion on what songs are resonating with fans and which ones aren’t.
Cheerios appears to be a loosie from the Her Loss album, while Waiting to Exhale and Shopping Spree are rumored to be leftovers from For All The Dogs. All the songs have a little something for every one of his fans.
